Infinite Momentum LLC – Refund & Cancellation Policy

General Policy

Due to the custom and consultative nature of our services, all sales are final once a project has commenced. This includes strategic planning, systems design, digital deliverables, or any scoped engagement that involves upfront preparation or intellectual labor.

We do not offer refunds on:

  • Discovery sessions

  • Strategy or planning documents

  • CRM/system setups

  • Web or digital design work

  • Consulting retainers or prepaid time blocks

Deposits & Payments

To initiate any engagement, a signed agreement and/or deposit may be required. This deposit secures your spot in our workflow and is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Remaining balances are due based on the payment schedule agreed upon in your proposal or invoice. Late payments may incur fees or service pauses.

Project Cancellations or Delays

We understand that priorities shift. If you need to cancel or delay a project:

  • Please notify us in writing at least 7 days in advance

  • Work already completed or underway will be billed at the agreed hourly or milestone rate

  • Any unused hours may be credited toward a future project (at our discretion)

Exceptions & Discretion

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
